Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 9, 2026 · Applies to divvy-apply.com

1. Who we are

divvy-apply.com ("we", "us") operates an independent, English-language informational guide about Divvy — the spend management platform now known as BILL Spend & Expense. We are not BILL Holdings and we are not the card issuer. This site provides editorial content only.

2. Data we collect

We keep data collection to a minimum because the site is content-only:

  • Technical logs: browser type, device category, approximate region (country level), pages visited, and referral source — collected automatically for security and to understand which guides help readers most.
  • Consent preference: your cookie choice, stored locally on your device.
  • Contact messages: if you email us, we receive the message and the address you wrote from.

We do not collect names, card numbers, financial data, or account credentials. Sign-in and payment functions belong to the official platform and never pass through this site.

3. Legal bases and purposes

  • Legitimate interest: keeping the site secure, fast, and free of abuse.
  • Consent: optional analytics and advertising measurement, enabled only after you select "Accept all" in the cookie banner.
  • Legal obligation: responding to lawful requests where applicable.

4. Sharing and processors

We do not sell personal data. Limited data may be processed on our behalf by hosting and analytics providers under contract. If you arrive via a Microsoft (Bing) advertising campaign, conversion measurement is handled as described in our Advertising Policy.

5. Retention

Aggregated analytics are retained up to 13 months. Contact messages are kept as long as needed to resolve your request, then deleted. Log data is retained for a limited period for security purposes.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data, and to withdraw consent at any time (by clearing site data, which resets the cookie banner). To exercise any right, write to privacy@divvy-apply.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

7. Children

This site is intended for a business audience and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

8. International transfers

Where data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the effective date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.

10. Contact

For any privacy question: privacy@divvy-apply.com.

For privacy matters relating to your actual spend account, cards, or transactions, contact BILL Spend & Expense directly through the official platform — not this guide.
